1. What type of limousines do you offer?
We offer a 8-10 person Stretch Lincoln Towncar, a 12 - 14 person Super Stretch Lincoln Towncar, and a 14 person Stretch Hummer H1.
2. Do you have a minimum charge?
We have a 2 hour minimum, prices vary depending on limousine.
3. What are your prices?
The 8-10 person Stretch Lincoln Towncar is $170 for 2 hours and then $60 for each additional hour.
The 12-14 person Super Stretch Lincoln Towncar is $300 and then $75 for each additional hour.
The 14 person Stretch Hummer H1 is $375 and then $80 for each additional hour.
4. Do you offer any discounts, packages, or promotions?
We offer a 5% military discount. We offer a multi – car / event discount. We offer buy 7 hours and get the 8th hour free. Check our Packages & Pricing page for our monthly promotions.
5. Does the rental price include gratuity for the chauffeur?
No, it is your discretion as to how much you wish to tip the driver.
6. How much is a standard tip?
A standard tip is between 10 and 20 percent of the contract price.
7. Do you charge for gas, mileage or travel time?
There is not a travel charge for pick up and drop offs in Springfield or adjoining towns. Please call to verify if your location is outside of this area.
8. Do you provide champagne glasses?
Champagne glasses are provided upon request. There is no additional charge for using them. However, there is a $10 charge per broken or missing glass.
9. Do your drivers meet the Department of Transportion Regulations?
Yes, our drivers take the D.O.T. physicals annually.
10. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured as a transportation company for hire.
